01How far ahead should I request a custom cake?
Please send your request at least 3 days before your celebration. For two-tier cakes or more detailed designs, allow 7 days. Requests are subject to availability, and your date is confirmed only after we agree on the design and final quote.
02Can I choose my cake flavor and design?
Absolutely. Start with vanilla bean, rich chocolate, or lemon, then tell us about your favorite fillings, colors, and occasion. Share your ideas in the request form and we’ll help shape a cake that feels like you. Package prices are starting prices; detailed decoration may cost more.
03Do you offer gluten-free or allergy-friendly options?
Please tell us about any allergies before ordering. Our kitchen handles wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts, so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free product. We’ll discuss ingredients and what we can accommodate before confirming your order.
04How does pickup work?
Cake orders are arranged for pickup at the bakery during opening hours. We’ll agree on a pickup time when we confirm your order. Bring a flat space in your car, keep the cake cool, and we’ll share care and serving tips when you collect it.
05Does submitting the form confirm my order?
The form sends an order request, not a paid reservation. Your request is saved securely, and the bakery can follow up by email to discuss availability, design, and the final price. Your order is confirmed only once those details are agreed. Please call for anything time-sensitive.
